A handle is basically a device with is affixed to the exterior and interior of a door (a car door, a door at the passageway, bedroom door etc which is used for the purpose of opening and closing the door. There are many companies that manufacture handles in many different shapes sizes and colors. They are generally made of metal since it’s meant for rough use. In the United States of America, the door handles are not so commonly used in houses. They are found all over the world on cars though. Here doorknobs are very commonly used on doors. A doorknob is essentially a circular knob-like structure that is mounted on a door which is used to open or close a door. It differs from a handle since handles are only meant to provide a grip so the door can be opened but a doorknob also helps in locking the door. The term abstract painting refers to a style of painting that was developed after the post-impressionist period.
